It was just my impression you didn't like him very much, and turned to sarcastic comments. Let's have a pint should you decide to move to NL, I'm sure we'll have a laugh!

I just didn't like how arsey people were getting on his behalf when it really wasn't justified by the reality of what was happening. If anyone doesn't need white knighting it's Tom who looks like he's just stepped out a Disney movie.
NL dreams look to be sunk for the moment although I'm still chasing down leads... A beer and a chance to suck your wheel will be high on my list if it happens though.

Sorry if my childish humour offends but getting caught short in the way he did is pretty funny and on the contrary I've also expressed my like and admiration for him too so even if I've expressed dismay at the rather unnessary polemica generated on his behalf I don't think it constitutes bad mouthing the man himself.
