Rad! The thought of putting on a rigid fork crossed my mind as well, I've got a spare V2 fork and some Profile cranks in my parts box but honestly I don't think it would be an improvement at least for the time being. Fork wise, I've got the Fox Talas RLC ones which change from 100 to 120 and 140mm with a switch of a button. It's super fun to quickly adjust 'em depending on what I'm riding.
