Think I'm going to try one of these - an 'Ambrosio Cassette Shimano Spline For Campag Spacing'. Looks like I'll be able to keep my Shimano splined rear wheel and Centaur shifters and mechs. Will let you know how I get on... unless anyone has had a terrible experience!
