Are you riding that thing brakeless on the streets of London? You're a masochist dun.
-
• #1709
Fair, it's only a beater after all
-
• #1710
It's really a foffa with a paper mache fairing. Why do you think it was sat in the window of LMNH so long? It was curing in the sun.
-
• #1711
Probably just to and from track.
-
• #1712
It was originally a 'Fook' from alibaba

Ho it made me a little nervous seeing the gram of you riding this through town. Are you in the process of getting a hook at HH? FWIW I inquired with the FHH about it and they suggested that if I do some volunteering on track days - measuring gear inches for youfs, holding riders for TTs, etc) I could get bumped up the hook waiting list. I saw it as a double win: it was good to volunteer and I got a hook. Something to think about anyway!

Why does he need a hook? Cable lock it to the railings outside would do just fine.

So plans leading up for the nocturne is pretty much failing on my end, I wanted to go to track to get a feel on the new gal and see how comfortable or uncomfortable the new position on the bike for a long period of time. But this middle of no where downpour isn't helping the situation at all.

If you'd spoken to Professor Kedou he probably could have guaranteed good weather for you.

Cheers, a little annoyed today with today's every changing weather tbh, probably going to Monday's session and utilise the limited time before the start of the race.

• #1719
Use the BCC bike instead?
-
• #1720
I've used them before and they're wondering bikes, but I think it's a psychological and a preference thing is that I rather be training and racing on my own bike. Which is the whole point of this build. Never mind, bring on Monday night training instead.

• #1721
It's cloudy today but raining on Monday mate
-
• #1722
Pardon me but are you going to ride this bike in a fixie crit?
-
• #1723
This is the worst idea I've ever heard.
-
• #1724
Touch windy for those deep rims right now.
-
• #1725
Hold my beer ..
Not sure they'd bother with that on track cranks though
