  • I just binge read the last 2.5 months of posts in this thread (I can't access lfgss without a VPN...). Well done to everyone who's raced (which is a lot of you!), good luck to anyone with races coming up and get well soon to the injured.

    Here in Shanghai it's 34 degrees and not yet summer. My local park is minutes from our house and has a 630m running track. The air is really not that bad, there's only been 1 day in the time I've been here when I've chosen not to run because of the air quality. I'm thinking of signing up for the Shanghai marathon in November.

    Running is definitely becoming more popular in China but it's nothing like the UK - I miss seeing people run all over the city at all hours. Then again, the rules of the road here are... well, I haven't got a clue, I'm not convinced there are rules, I got hit by a motorbike a few weeks ago - on the pavement.
