Given that Lord St Davids is currently being prosecuted for posting racist abuse on Facebook, can't she be prosecuted for this? I suppose it is not aimed at anyone specific, unlike Gina Millar in the case of LStD.

There are plenty of people in this world with seriously objectionable views who I don't hate because it takes a lot more than having conflicting opinions to me to make me hate someone.

Every time she does something like this, it's actually good news. She knows her shelf life is limited and linked to her notoriety, and she now has to work harder to get any sort of reaction. And now she's having to try to eke it out, as the Jack Monroe thing has hit her in the pocket. She's now reduced to sailing close to the wind, attacking royals and being more blatant in her racism. But there's only so far she can milk it before even the Mail gives up on her.

These latest outbursts are just a candle guttering before it goes out.

Apparently, they first addressed him as 'Mr St David's', which is not his 'Mr' name--it's Philipps, so I think that's fair enough? Or did they try calling him 'Mr Philipps' first, too?

Presumably, you should not identify yourself in court by a name you don't bear?

Amusingly I recall his mother calling my wife to ask her to do a favour. I answered the phone: "It is Lady St Davids speaking" she opened. While I was polite, I did find her use of her title somewhat pompous. It seems it is an inherited flaw.
