I haven't paid but you can get to the checkout page and put your postcode in to get shipping options and it all seems to work.
Are you looking at things that are specifically forbidden in the UK.
There are three categories
EDC stuff
Bigger stuff that you need a reason for carrying
Stuff that is illegal regardless of whether you have a "good reason" for carrying (butterfly knives, flick knives, etc)

click UK friendly knives and youll see the real selection. Select any of the others, and in the pay section it will deny you as a UK law breaker.
