Which derailleur/what type of adjuster and clamp do you need?

Ultegra 6800, need a new barrel adjuster and the round screw and washer that secure the end of the cable to the derailleur

Sorry, nothing in my box.

These are what you want: adjuster and clamp.

The adjuster is out of stock at the moment, but at least you have the part number: your LBS should be able to order in.
