I'm sure you'll be fine. Probably. They're just a bit delicate, and more so than the standard One in my experience.
Advice for next time you buy tires: If you want Pro One speed, but shed loads more grip and puncture proofing, then spend the money on IRC Formula Pro X-Guard (or the standard RBCC versions if you want something v slightly lighter). They're £50 a pop, but where I was getting unsealable punctures every fortnight or so on the Schwalbes, as in total ride-ending-nightmare-sealant-pissing-everywhere-jobs, I've had well over 1700km puncture free on the IRCs. Better in dry, wet, crap London roads - you name it, the IRCs smash the Schwalbes silly.
My experience of the Pro Ones is that they cut up super easily. Neither the tread or sidewalls are up to much - I'll be interested to know what state yours are in afterwards!
