Funny, reminds me of a story about a custom bike belonging to none other than Shaq (may be what you were getting at, in fact?) - it's excellent, as is his bike! http://www.bicycling.com/culture/people/shaqs-new-custom-bike-is-huge-and-totally-awesome

CONDOR TOURER 23.5in 1970s Vic Edwards built over on Hilary Stone
If this had mudguard eyelets I would be very tempted.

Unusual paintwork on this Eddy Merckx and from the BB it reads as a 85' Professional I think.
Don't know whether the paint is original, it looks correct.
@WimVDD What do you think ?

For what my opinion is worth: it's a TV Blad livery and Merckx sponsored that team in 1985 so it makes sense. Later team bikes were Corsa Extra and had the rounder font style.
If it's a respray (possible as it has the dropouts sprayed) than I guess it was done by the Merckx company.

Looks great. Modified 70's Carlton - that bit puts me off but it's not the first one he's made so it's probably alright.
We're all beautiful creatures and we come in all shapes and sizes.
Shaquille O'Neal would need a slightly bigger road frame than that.
