  • Windmills eating. Probably not a good sign

  • Might not be advisable either if it provokes another tummy incident. Gels are pretty full on at the best of times : /

  • Depends on the gels and if you use them much in training.

    ~36 gels, ~12 bars, 16L Torq drink in a 24hr and no hippy running into the bushes for a shit during the 24hr.
