What is the point when a CC costs £15? You'd get a pretty amazing integrated for £500 second hand.

Real long shot, but...
Anybody got some NL4 to NL4 they could loan out for 24 hours?
Need 4 for a legit (non dodgy event) on Saturday in East London. -

I have this new (to me) passive pre/hybrid power amp set up and running and it is absolutely fucking OUTSTANDING. Honestly, this modest rig (Sony TT/at95e cart, cheap project phono stage and royd minstrels) is pissing all over the main system.
I can't wait to get it back to London to try it with the posh vinyl rig and the tannoys. I think the big pioneer may be put to pasture.
In other news, I've made 315 squids shifting gear his week, even before applying man-maths.

Try swapping the at95e for a nagaoka mp-110. They are very good value and quite a bit more composed than the at95e. At95e is a great budget cart though and the project phono is well regarded so you're bound to be getting good results.

I'm just going to put the pioneer into this setup and move the project on. This is supposed to be a budget second rig! I have a rare Denon mm cart and valve phone stage in London.
I'll def look out for an mp-110 - cheers.

Yeah, the Groland
Just got a jigsaw on it years back to slot the mixer/isolator in. Always had it bare unfinished pine but with it being in my Dad's shed for 7yrs it needed a bit of love.
Varnish on the worktop and lattice shelf and a bit of 'one coat' on the legs and job done -

Are there any decent wireless speakers out there yet for rear speakers for surround sound systems. My mate wants surround sound but cable runs would be an arse. He does have plug sockets at the back though so wireless would be an option if such things exist.

Think that little amp will drive a pair of 93db tannoy reveals? Keen on its if you post to Sweden?

• #4018
Hi, How much do you want for the Project Phono USB V ?
-
• #4019
easily. I had it driving 87db speakers to 'reasonable' levels. 93db will be perfect.

Before anyone kicks off... Hear me out...
Chromecast ready receivers.
I've been looking at that list and there are, on paper, some beasts. I'm bias to the pioneer stuff in that list, but I've learnt not to judge.
Obviously for me the chromecast stuff is a sell. But to have a dedicated hub I think is amazing.
I've seen sub £500 in that list. I'd have a gander. (cheers @Mr_Sworld)
