Ok - awesome. I'm going to give it a bash. Assume the worst that can happen is that I bin the decal set. They line up with the bottom of the doors, so the measurement should be less stressful than if they were in another position.
I'll pick up some of that fluid and carve myself a few hours one weekend soon.
As a side note @hoops, I like the way this conversation is in the background of your picture :)
