  • Can you bring your gears to work? Some times I find the limit of fgss is good but also being on a big gear or on gears mean I'm able to work with a group or aim for a proper kph and so stretch myself and work a bit harder. Just thoughts Dr Ke!

  • I assume you're talking about my roadie, unfortunately I have no idea but after cleaning my bathroom bike the di2 has stppped working, so there is some tinkering with that bike before she is back on the road. I enjoying my pathetic 42x16 ratio to spin out at 150rpm at RP during my sprint sessions
