as in barrel adjuster in cable stop is seized? does it move at all?

To be honest I gave it a little wiggle and it didn't move, but I didn't try to do any more than that. Now I'm not sure where it is! It's in the flat somewhere. I can narrow it down to 4 or 5 possible boxes.
