The lease on a 4x4 DSG Tiguan is less than a 2WD manual because of the second hand desirability. Which is why Mrs Hefty got a 4x4 DSG Tiguan.
Aren't there two distinct markets; 1) personal lease, (restricted mileage) 2) fleets for sale(wo)men doing 30k miles a year?
