Absolutely report this to the police. There may be cctv evidence and the twat may hurt others if he gets away with it.

Also a bit surprised and disappointed in London people, a good few saw the whole thing and one person came to ask if I was ok. I've been riding a bike in London for a couple of years now and have seen loads of bad drivers, but this level of twattery never. Does this happen a lot here?
In London, you're never more than 6ft away from a twat.

Some idiot in a black VW Golf (or Polo) driving behind me knocked me off my bike in Kentish Town yesterday and just sped off despite clearly seeing me dive onto the asphalt. Luckily I was riding slowly as I had just turned to Fortess Rd past the public toilet bar and didn't get badly hurt, just bruises and a broken watch. I was just leisurely riding along Kentish town high street on my way home after a long ride and don't think I had managed to piss anyone off on that stretch (don't have a habit of provoking anyone or getting provoked by bad drivers anyway).
