No cloak and daggers, just responding to you directly rather than having a big long thread.
@PhilDAS that looks a bit out of date from the last increases in minimum wage.
If anyone is interested in a job, that pays near minimum wage plus commission, email the shop and arrange an interview.

I don't understand why you're trying to be so cloak and daggers with the pay - it's the standard cycle surgery rate right? If it's beyond your control just tell us.
