start from opposite end of valve (6'o clock position, with the valve at 12 o'clock), and push it in both side toward the valve.
Then when it get tight nearing the valve, try and ensure that all the tyres bead is in the centre of the rims.Once you done that, push the valve inward of the rims to move the inner tube away from the tyres bead/rims to reduced chance of pinching it, and do your best.

pinched (?) 3 inner tubes trying to install conti ss+ in 23. they are impossible to fit without a lever and if I use a lever it gets pinched. Any tips or should I forget about it?
