^ +1 the cauldron stuff is ok when pressed and dried but tbh in my very limited experience it's never worked as well as other brands and generally just turns to scrambled egg consistency however I cook it.
This stuff(and the smoked flavour) is much tougher and borders on meaty in texture. Haven't tried the basil one for burgers yet tho..
