On the KCA 12 hr years ago I used 86" fixed, but I never really trained and cramped terribly in the last two hours 192 miles
My Clubmate Rob Bullyment rides 86" Fixed and smashed our club record two years ago on the Newbury 12hr with about 257 miles and only just missed out on the clubs 24hr record by 0.75 miles on the Mersey Roads last year with 461.3 miles
