  • Does anyone have suggestions for relatively healthy but satisfying post ride snacks? Trying to lose a bit of weight at the minute. Should be easy working as a courier and cycling for 8 hours a day but I tend to eat a fair amount of shit between meals.

    Or you could eat nuts/bananas/some sort of smoothie you make with non dairy milk and oat and maybe vegan protein powder.

    Also Nakd bars are ace (you could make your own version):

  • @gabes suggested fruit press bars from Aldi. Much like Nakd bars but a whole lot cheaper...would def recommend
