Thanks for the input - fully agree with the build concept (if only I had the time).
I've still got the bars, stem, brake levers and saddle from my L'Eroica rat that I was originally planning to use on this

Ha! I still have painful memories of that bloody hill where everyone was zigzagging....then you danced up, had a chat, and powered up it! 😂

I was only telling someone the other day how you charmed the air hostess into taking your bottle of chianti onto the flight for you!!!
It was a fun weekend - must do it again sometime
