Thank you everyone. Lucia's father was brave throughout the cancer ordeal, diagnosed last Christmas. Everyone knew it was terminal, and he fought it with dignity, all the way without any major surgery or complaint. Credit to Lucia and her family to reach out to long lost brothers and heal the rifts from the past. And whatsapp groups among siblings, medical team and Padre at the local church.
Bernard was a strong man with many gifts. He helped the most disadvantaged and poorest in the city that was his home, Medellín. We travelled quite abit around Colombia, it seemed that everyone knew him. The cancer spread very quickly over the past two months. The only comfort we have is that he now has peace and said his goodbyes to everyone. My mum passed away in 2012 and I hope she will be there to meet and greet Papá at the pearly gates. I carry the memories of them both in my heart and look forward to seeing them again one day :(

Catweazle has died aged 93. Geoffrey Bayldon.
You have to be a certain age to remember Catweazle.

That medieval wizard, driven to distraction by "Elec-trickery" and the "telling-bone"! He was one of those faces back then that popped up everywhere - Pinewood films, Hammer horrors, Sidney Poitier films, TV shows like Danger Man, The Avengers, comedies, dramas. Great face, great voice, great character actor.
