  • Was just about to spend a bomb and then discovered no code on sale items. Sad panda :(

  • I agree - it's baggy and short in the body, so size down but be prepared to return it if it's too short. It's kinda fleecy lined or something so very spring/autumn as opposed to summer.

  • the core bibs are very nice indeed. Great grippers and cant really tell difference in pad quality vs pt.

  • Is there much difference in leg length between the Core and the PT bibs? I love the pad in my Core bibs but as a shortarse with a 30" inside leg I find they finish a tad lower than I'd ideally like, so I'm considering grabbing a set of PT as well if they're an inch or two shorter.

  • I got the flyweight bundle today, but I ordered the shorts in short by mistake. Is it easier to send the whole bundle back and re-order the regular length? If I just send the shorts back how long do exchanges take?

  • Flyweight normal or pro team flyweight/lightweight?

Any major differences except for tighter fit?

  • Cheers - think I will give the core jersey a miss then, as might not get much use out of it until Winter

  • Is the flyweight jersey super thin? I.e would you get much use out of it riding in the UK (or just July/August riding?)

  • just FYI - the short sleeve core jersey doesn't have the slightly fleecey lining that the long sleeve core does.

I really like mine, but it isn't what you'd describe as race fit. Not crazy baggy though.

  • Not used it yet, but I run pretty warm so for me it feels perfect for 20C+ temperatures. Wouldn't say it was super super thin, I would probably wear it with a base layer for anything above 15C too. Quality seems really good on first impressions.

  • I'm currently very fat. Skinsuit should be fine, will look good yes?

  • I returned both sizes I ordered, I am between sizes small and medium :(
Good kit though. Got the new PT 2.0 bibs and aero jersey instead.

  • Cheers, opted for flyweight instead

  • Yeah should be fine around 20 degrees this summer then. Just ordered - came to 150 with discount for the bundle!

  • Is the pad in the brevet bib shorts any different from the classic/pt bib shorts?

  • What shall I spend my 25% off on? Nothing jumps out.

  • Brevet gilet or Pro Team Rain Gilet

  • Same. Saved the money for my retirement instead.

  • The pro team rain gilet is class. The water just runs off it and the fit is great. It does not fold up as small as the brevet but then it's a heavier weight material. So a trade off I guess.

  • You've sold it so well i want one now, but i don't like riding in the rain and really try to avoid that.

  • @croft I got the brevet gilet instore. Worn it a few times already even though we are supposedly in May, and it's been brilliant.

  • Wore the first gen Team Sky rain jacket today as a wind proof layer, worked well at keeping me warm. Looked a bit comical with a brevet jersey underneath though as the jersey was a good 3cm longer in the body than the (same size) jacket. Difference between pro team and brevet I guess.

  • Just got a chance to re-use the survey discount code. Has anyone got the new mitts? Are they any good?
