Itm Dual Bars
-Past owner has somehow taken off the arm rests. DOn't know if they were welded or glued on prior to removal. Where they were is rough but not sharp and i have covered with tape despite nether using them.
-Bars in good condition tho with usual old tape still on.
-Lever not included
-Will look good on hhsrat invention or someone may be able to fit arm rests.
