welding looks crap though

Good insulator too so will stop the heat from disc brakes building up in the bars and melting the stem ...
(stretching...)

I actually could do with a stem if there are some good steep angle links out there? 17ish probably?

No, but the consensus seems to be 'flexy as fuck'.

Fewer parts to fail and maim you though.
Bar and stem isn't somewhere I'd be willing to gamble. At least with Ritchey, Deda, Zipp etc my family could take the manufacturer/brand to court.

Okay cheers for the heads up. Don't want to die.

wouldnt put any ebay carbon bits on the steering interface
..but yeah, wasnt it someone on road.cc or somewhere who broke his collarbone via broken ebay bottle cage
-
• #5873
Bottle cage? How does that happen?
-
• #5874
Probably dumped the bottle under his backwheel, bucking him off...
-
• #5875

Damm, thats clever.
