I assume that that's a spacer and I can just take it out for my track frame?
Depending on how thick the spacer is, you may need a washer between the cone and lock nut to make the OLN up to 120mm. If you're actually going to use it on the track, you'll need to cut off the excess axle length, so that it doesn't stick out past the track nuts and become an injury hazard.
