I've had mixed results with mine. Looks good and is 100g lighter than the post it replaces but seems to require considerably more torque at collar and clamp. Would not recommend for crabon rails.

Perhaps assembly paste around the wedges would help?

That's a shame. So far mine's been great. I've adjusted and swapped saddles on it but it hasn't slipped once at the clamp or collar. QC issues maybe (lack of probably)

Just had these arrive. Took about 2 weeks to get here with the Aliexpress standard shipping. Pretty dazzled to be honest, I wasn't expecting much. Everything is branded Oakley and it all looks/feels like decent quality. Came with a couple of spare lenses that seem decent as well.

Bought a Romin copy from here . They sent me a picture a few minutes after I ordered with a pic of the actual saddle and asked if it looked ok before they shipped. Postage took 8 days from ordering to arrival which is a record from aliexpress for me. Saddle itself is decent, higher build quality than I was expecting and it has ti rails.

Have you got a real Romin to compare it with? I've not been able to work out if the fake ones are flatter or if it's just the pictures.

I have a fake Ti Evo you can try it you like? Being Evos they're more curvy, but other than that pretty good.

Nope. Best I can do is compare side-on pics from the net. Looks like the fake one is slightly more convex than the real one at the back, possibly less padded? The fake one I have is pretty firm.

I don't need one just yet, it's just I've been tempted by the fake Romin's in the past but couldn't be sure they were actually the same shape.

Think someone said earlier on in the thread that the sellers edit out parts of the bike because the big manufacturers that alot of these frames are copies of (Cervelo for example) have image recognising tech that can easily pick up these fakes.
