drilled for brakes front and back. I'm guessing 531 as it's a holdsworth and i believe no dents - i'll give it a proper check this evening

right, no dents, just rust (it is a beater). Frame number is 4277
Looking for a beater/ratty track frame to build up for 6'1 man. First track frame so not sure on sizing but 56-58cm sounds right. Looking for good quality and rideable, preferrably steel (531 or similar) scratches and scrapes not an issue though. Willing to spend up to £100 though the cheaper the better! What you got?
