Cheap bike for small rider?

My pal just had her bike stolen from outside Sainos this morning and needs a cheap but reliable replacement.

bike was a v basic steel single speed, so she ideally wants something like that, or maybe an old road bike if poss. She's about 5'4 and doesn't have a big budget - around £100.

Any small beaters out there that need a home?

probs not what you want but i've a beater ladies MTB frame (not modern type, no sus) you can have for postage or collect Letchworth GC. Has canti/v pegs plus set of centre pull brakes fitted. Sure I could rustle a basic flat bar/stem and a front wheel to include as well.
Option if you're stuck, not back til Monday tho.

I'm selling my bike from Kennedy City Bicycles - bought it for around £700 plus mudguard, 2 locks (1xKryptonite), cateye lights, extra knog lights. £400 or near offer for the lot. I believe frame size is around 49" - so it's a small. I'm based in Leyton, E10.

Budget around £100 as mentioned, so too pricey unfortunately!
