Has anyone had Italian traffic fines before?
Work up to a signed-for letter informing me I had a traffic violation.
There is a reduced rate if you pay
within 5 days of the notification date of this deed...the covering pink post slip has a date of 9/05/17 so I think I may just be in time.
Any tips or other experience?

I did pay it, but was a bit prang about it being a scam. I'm also not 100% whether the discounted period was still valid.
