This might mean to someone who was listening to rap before the Trap Era...
Ah, the good old days. It was was so simple then...
#rep for the best strava map ever
Great weekend of running for me, am quite pleased.
I too my mother to Park Run yesterday. Growing up physical exercise was never emphasised growing up. Being part of the new burgeoning black middle class in Zimbabwe, studies were the priority. It was so wonderful to see my mum embracing running. Growing up it was something she did a lot as a child but eventually fell by the wayside. She came in at 46 odd mins which was brilliant and was so encouraged and adamant she'll be back again. Park Run has done wonders in making running such an accessible pastime. Hard to tell what the barrier ever was given it's an inherent extension for most walkers but they have cracked the nut.
Today I did a fun run, one I'd been meaning to do for a while but happily coincides with my 36th Birthday tomorrow. This might mean to someone who was listening to rap before the Trap Era...
