Campag Potenza for teh lols... a 'fast' steel road bike... short chainstays... Paul Racer Medium brakes in black... If modern then Ritchey finishing kit if 1" threaded, nitto... Wheels logically should be TB14

Slightly off topic, but could the rear brake have been mounted on the chainstays under the BB?

I dunno, maybe you can .. cable routing could be PITA as the shimano under BB brakes have side entry cable.

Forks need reaming to install the crown properly, powdercoater didn't cover that bit otherwise you'd have seen a rolling chassis instead
