Serious thoughts:
I doubt Look will send you the CAD file or drawings because it's their IP - you might pass it to a competitor or something. The normal approach in this situation would be to reverse engineer a seat mast (i.e. get one to Matt to copy) but that would mean having access to one - I presume you don't?

I don't want to be overly dramatic - and believe me I hope this is not the case! - but have you considered the possibility that you might be cursed?
Black magic, a hex or a voodoo curse are all real possibilities.
