I know it's not within there control and I totally agree with that, but I think what annoys me as I explain is the poor/non existent communication which informs me or lmnh that there is a delay from them, and it was me chasing them for updates.
From ordering it in way back in January and they say it will be here at beginning of April, to a minor delay to the end of April, then promising me it will be here on the first week of May and now saying it's will be at the end of May.

They did said it should be with them on the 8th of May.
Meaning there's a possibility it may be delayed, and it's being with them mean that mean it take maybe 5 to 7 working day to reach you from Zyrofisher.
TBH, it is something that they cannot control.
