Poor Ho. First all those cracks and now this.
I don't want to be overly dramatic - and believe me I hope this is not the case! - but have you considered the possibility that you might be cursed?
Black magic, a hex or a voodoo curse are all real possibilities.
I've had good results with Professor Kedou in Woolwich who is not too far from you.

I've emailed Look to have a CAD file for this seatmast so I can pass it down to Matt for him to build it for me, but there is no response yet.
