I'm not convinced those Sugino cranks sure are original, but the rest seems to be and I can confirm the Suntour is.
I wouldn't worry too much about keeping it original as it's not in that great condition. You could touch up the worst of the paint if you do want to keep the original paintwork. A lot of the surface rust on the parts may well come off with a ball of foil dipped in coke or water/Brasso/Autosol.
My other half had a mid-80s Clubman that was totally original, but he rode it into the ground and now it's totally not. But better that than not riding it!
