Herne Hill legend, and cx racer supreme, Phil Glowinski is hosting a 3 hour cx skills masterclass at HHV on the 4th of June. £49 per person, all proceeds go direct to the Herne Hill redevelopment funds.

It's going to be skills drills I'd think, rather than lung bursting intervals, so you should be okay.
