Ms. May visited mrs_com's office today (Youth Mental Health Charity - all she knew beforehand was that some government figure was attending). She thankfully missed the visit.
I told her she should have left out a line of wheelie bins to act like a salt/slug barrier.
No idea what the purpose of the visit was but there were by all accounts a lot of posh biscuits left behind afterwards. Unsure by whom.

UKIP party political broadcast is on C4 now. The media students at my college make better videos than this.
When a few of them start complaining about 'standing up for the flag' which apparently you're not allowed to fly any more...followed by a shot of the flag flying above the Palace of Westminster, where they have the grand total of 0 MPs and 3 Lords...
You couldn't make it up.
I really want them to do well as well, they need to up their game.

A page late but an ex colleague of mine announced once that she voted for whoever she thought would win in elections. I was utterly gobsmacked, the thought had never crossed my mind that people might actually do that

I think, that's worse than not voting at all.

Did she miss it as she'd been locked in a room with everybody else that worked there and all the local reporters ?

Lib Dems go for the stoner vote.
But how many stoners can be arsed to vote?

I assume rather like @rhb said it's a "being a winner" thing.
It's about group validation. I doubt it's conscious.
Many other intelligent discerning cyclists like yourself value quality. That is why they choose the best British hand made bags.
We are geared towards feeling more comfortable doing the same thing as others. Backing the winning team ties into that same need.
Daily Mail: "Inept Corbyn uses nonsensical tagline".
