  • Jacksons are good value for what they are subject to a couple of caveats. Their paint looks ace new but is notoriously soft - mine is year old and could do with a respray. You will also have to wait - my lead time was 6 weeks. The Woodrupps look nice but whether they are worth an additional £500 is a subjective judgement - both frames will be made out of the same tubes by builders who know what they're doing. Worth noting - Jackson aren't doing custom builds at the moment, off the peg only. Which isn't a problem if you already know your sizes, of course.
