• Evening chaps. I've got my first tri coming up at the end of June. I've opted for the sprint distance in Cardiff.
    I've been working up gradually on the training over the last couple of months, feeling pretty good. I've recently had my first experience of aero bars, and tomorrow i'll be swimming with the Barry sea swimming club for the first time, should be interesting.
    It's all a bit overwhelming at the moment, trying to cover all bases and think of the larger picture in terms of endurace and multi discipline fitness if i'm honest. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated :)
