Old, Hello office upper ground:
New, Foundling fathers welcome (only with children):

That's not the field referred to in the clue. It's the next door garden square.
-
• #19106
Hmm, interesting - I thought it was all part of the same estate / complex?
-
• #19107
Nah. The one you have photographed is the awkwardly named garden square that, I think, is owned by the barely adequate educational establishment on the southern side.

Clues abound here for would be taggers!

• #19109
Fair play, good knowledge!

Southern side?

Looks like you're right, only Open Street Map seems to label that part of it correctly - I could re-clue, but clearly the location's still identifiable despite the wayward clue!

Side?
(Is this a game? Have I won?)
-
• #19113
Haha rep for doing it on a boris bike
-
• #19114
Ta - I did remember halfway through my little excursion that the reason I wasn't on my bike was due to resting for the double day London Revolution this weekend, oops!

The educational institute reference made me giggle.

Thanks

Maybe a clue is needed?

Old:
Mecklenburgh Square, in Bloomsbury. It's next to Coram's Fields, a no unaccompanied-adults allowed playground, petting zoo and children's centre. It's part of the wonderful Coram Foundation which also has the unmissable Foundling Museum, which does admit solo grown ups. Do visit if you get a chance.
Despite what Google Maps has to say, the Southern side of the square hosts the woefully named Goodenough College.

New:
This once mighty water course now enjoys it's last gasp of beautiful air.

Perhaps not.

I am wondering if we should institute a habit of each tagger updating the (wait there's a) map with the old tag?
How do I do that?

It's also on the North, Street view shows me. The best building is the South side one though.

Whilst I'm here posting to myself, I will muse briefly on how wonderful it is to ride your bike on an early sunny morning. Even in London's famous London's town centre.

There.
Thanks for listening.

So that's what that is. @MorlaisMali and I once ended up there, in need of a park to rest in, and ended up using the cemetery round the corner instead. Still a lovely, quiet spot.

Yeah the cemetery is Hunter Park, off Handel St. A lovely little place.
Ah gotcha - no bike today, can I take a picture of my shoes instead? :)
