Er. Do you mean if we brexit, players from the EU will not be able to join EPL academies?

IF so, then you fail. It's what everyone in those papers would love, more homegrown talent, stronger talent base in the English team. MOAR ENGLISH PLAYERS IN ENGLISH TEAMS.

Fair enough. In my football naiveté I assumed most of premier league best players are not ennglish

How very dare you.

It's safe to assume that, however, the current gripe with football is that there's a lack of players coming through. However, as with most things, it's investment that would help here.
