  • Good on you :)

I wonder what would happen if she stopped reading the Scum... in the CSB case, an ex-colleague of mine was bombarded with Fox news on the radio due to a house mate. Despite being deffo not a USA tea party republican type, after a few weeks of that he found himself agreeing with some of it!

Leading to a "please switch that radio off" request... ;)

  • More like, some Tory sympathiser works at one of the firms and is maliciously changing the data.

  • can you categorise it as something inoffensive so it gets through work filters?

    Probably.

But I need to know what firewall software is blocking it so I can go make a report with them.

  • problem: S*cunt*horpe is one of the constituencies

    Brilliant if true

  • Can I do that? It's not obvious to me so I doubt I can. #quitter

  • Does it not give a logo on the screen that blocks it?

  • If you're thinking about long-term planning (i.e. your future generations) it might be worth taking into account Stephen Hawking's predictions

  • Give us a screenshot?

  • If you have spent your life campaigning/protesting then a GE must be the most exciting thing imaginable, so you can understand that Corbyn must be feeling amazing. And if you combine that with being totally impervious to criticism then, yes, you can see him just staying around. Why would be move on? He's got his dream job, he's earning a great salary & pension, he's never going to have to do the hard stuff (that would result from winning power), so he'll hold on as long as he can. In the same way he had plodded along in politics for all those years.

Part of me thinks it doesn't really matter, as there will be further 5 years to wait until the next election, by which time Corbyn surely will have gone. But, then again, some token opposition against the dominance of the Conservatives would be helpful.

  • fine on my connection

  • only company.

  • Try https://www.tacticalvote.uk

It's a mirror I just set up. Should work.

  • I'm not sure it's an important statement from Corbyn to be honest. If the same question had been asked of Clegg or Miliband (or, indeed, Hague when he resigned) last time they'd have said they wouldn't resign if they lost.

I'm pretty sure it's the only answer to the question. I can't believe that he will remain though (though it may be less willing and more messy than either of the others).

  • ^ this. But people need to collect reasons to support their dislike of Corbyn. We need ever more evidence that he is a monster, and thus, the impeding electoral doom is his fault, rather than the continuation of the country's collective idiocy.

^ I've gone and given LFGSS a political position.

Simply: We've had some good MPs be a part of the All Party Parliamentary Cycling Group. Those people, now candidates in #ge2017 have the potential to win their seats.

I've only recommended 2 people 1 LAB and 1 LIB.

I've made a donation to 1 of them and will donate to the other when I figure out how to.

I'll also make stickers and other things to help local campaigning.

  • @Velocio do you keep records on which constituencies get the most searches on tacticalvote?
that might be an interesting/useful dataset

  • A cunning plan.
FIFA article 19 exemption: Allowing free transfers of EU players aged 16-19. Seeding English clubs with great players will end on hard brexit.

For the future of the premier league seek out your anti-brexit candidate. I'm sure the Scum and Fail will get behind this

  • do you keep records on which constituencies get the most searches on tacticalvote?

We added the constituency to the URL, once one has been selected (manually, via postcode, or via location).

    The benefits of that are:

    1. You can share the link and it will default to the answer
    2. We can detect the change in the URL and register it with Google Analytics

Google Analytics is incomplete data due to adblockers, but does give us an indicative view of what people are looking up (even though it's a 100% static site).

  • Thanks dst, found it: http://csi.websense.com/Report/Index/37aae579-7b33-4499-8721-a76e005c5a82#

The problem is the lack of categorization as some firewalls will have been configured to be super paranoid and to reject traffic to unclassified sites.

I've suggested a classification to them of "Advocacy Group".

  • Er. Do you mean if we brexit, players from the EU will not be able to join EPL academies?

IF so, then you fail. It's what everyone in those papers would love, more homegrown talent, stronger talent base in the English team. MOAR ENGLISH PLAYERS IN ENGLISH TEAMS.

  • Mine's also blocked at work (Bluecoat firewall I think)) due to the site content being 'uncategorised'. When should the classification update?
