That's what I was curious about. They look cool, are they comfortable when using?

Cinelli Spinaci bars, according to my old boss they were introduced to the pro-peloton for an extraordinarily short amount of time before being banned due to safety concerns. (People whacking into each other in an aero position because they couldn't reach the brake levers)
