I am feeling for Ho. I just spoke with an online shop who are able to order a replacement seatmast, however the rep said they were unable to ship Look parts outside of their own country (Switzerland) and so would need to contact the distributor for the UK. Which all other contacts and ranting aside he's only trying to order a part from a company that sells parts. But he's stuck with Zyrofisher. The guy did suggest contacting Look directly and complain about the difficulties with the distributor, but I can't remember if Ho has done that already.
