Speaking of which I just received an email just now from zyrofisher apologising on there behalf on the situation and the new status timeline of the seatmast will be arriving on the 15th May... (I'm not holding my breath for this one)

I did try to bypass zyrofisher and did what you said and went straight to Look, however, they wasn't much help either as they directed me back to the only Look distributor in the UK (no points for guess who) and said I needed to go through the process of getting the seatmast from them.

Is there anyone in Switzerland that take the shipment and forward it to you?

For reference, they said it was out of stock but could be ordered in a few weeks (to Switzerland)

They did said it should be with them on the 8th of May.

Meaning there's a possibility it may be delayed, and it's being with them mean that mean it take maybe 5 to 7 working day to reach you from Zyrofisher.

TBH, it is something that they cannot control.
