9mm thu is different to QR, but use the same dropouts thoughBitex comes to mind otherwise. And DT 240.
240 doesnt seem to offer anything. I did see the Bitex BX312R but couldnt find anyehwre that sold them

But it's a front wheel size. The corresponding rear fitment is 10mm. 350 straight pull CL comes as 12/142 but they do end caps for 10/135 and the corresponding 10/135 RWS skewer
