Bacon http://www.theedgyveg.com/2016/05/30/vegan-bacon-make-vegan-bacon-using-rice-paper/ Took 15mins and is delicious. Will make again. Can make anything from crispy to chewy depending on layers/cooking time.
Burger https://www.veganrecipeclub.org.uk/recipes/easy-home-made-tofu-burgers Burger could have been better. Browned the outside in a dry pan and cooked in oven. Buns were a bit harder than planned which made the burger smoosh out the sides.
Just made 18 cookies too.

You are a machine!
Thanks. It’s the same as I do but I use very thin slices of aubergine (on a mandolin). I like how crispy the rice paper ones look though for in a burger.
